How does AI billing work?

Top up a credit balance in the EricBuild console. We charge exact provider rates (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) plus a 25% service fee. No subscriptions — you only pay for what you use.

What are “cloud session limits”?

The cloud tunnel feature (remote access from any browser) has concurrent session limits on the Professional plan. Enterprise removes these limits entirely.

Can I use EricBuild offline?

Yes. The IDE, terminal, editor, debugger, and Git integration all work fully offline. AI features require an internet connection to reach the AI provider.

What’s the difference between Personal and Professional?

Personal gives you the full local IDE experience — unlimited AI usage, all tools, all languages. Professional adds cloud features: remote access tunnel, session sharing, org-wide resource sharing, and webhook integrations. Teams of any size need Professional.

What is Server Mode?

An Enterprise feature where your whole team works on a shared server in isolated containers. No code on local machines — developers connect via browser and get a full EricBuild environment instantly.
